How do I determine what style ProW seat-pad I need?

The ProW seat pad comes in two sizes - the "low" and the "high".  The vast majority of customers select the "low".  The "high" is a couple of mm thicker and the saddle is also a little higher.  Generally, if you're 6'2' (190 cm) or taller, or your weight is 190lb+ (88kg+) you should consider the "high" version.  Everyone is different - I have had tall and heavier clients who prefered the "low" as well as tall and thin who prefer a "High" ProW.

If the seats are in stock, you should recieve your ProW seat pad in 3 to 5 days.

Many customers have found immediate benefit when using the ProW seat pad. You should expect 3-5 training sessions before you will feel completely comfortable using the ProW seat pad.

How long should it take to adapt to the ProW seat pad?

For an easier transition and adaption to the shape of the seat, ProW includes an adjustable hardness for the ‘saddle’. The middle section can be adjusted by adding wedges or inserts into a hole on the backside of the ProW. The wedges come in three different hardnesses making you able to adjust the seat to your own needs..

Improved Fastening Technology. Velcro is attached on the back of the ProW inserts for fastening to your ergometer or rowing seat.  Simply mount the detached velcro parts in your boat, and you can then easily move the ProW from the boat to the erg.

Rowing seats in general are pretty much the same shape and size so It does no matter if you have a Concept2 erg, a Hydrow, RowPerfect (RP3), a Coffey SimulatOar, or BioRower, the Citius-Remex Prow will work for you!
