THE PROW 2.0 SEAT ProW 2.0 has a well-known innovative shape the relieves bottom pain, helps you to sit tall at the finish of the stroke, and assists in the transition from finish to recovery position, thereby improving your rowing. It differs from conventional rowing seats in many ways:
- It has a ‘saddle’/projection in the middle, and the holes are elliptical to create optimal pressure distribution
- ProW has an opening for the tailbone and a projection in the back that helps to improve your technique
- The projection simply makes it easier to sit up in the finish and go from stroke to recovery phase.

If you are not satisfied with your Citius-Remex product within 30 days of original purchase, you can return it, IN ORIGINAL, NEW CONDITION, for a full refund by original payment method, less shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return postage. Damage due to improper use, modification, or negligence is not covered under the 30 days money back policy.
What is the guarantee for the Citius-Remex seat pad?
CitiusRemex warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and is non‐transferable.
If damage is due to a material or manufacturing defect, CitiusRemex will repair or replace the product free of charge.
EasyGoingRowing and Citius-Remex reserve the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty. Normal wear, cosmetic blemishes, and damage due to improper use, modification, negligence or transport are not covered under warranty.

You may return the product to EasyGoingRowing for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EasyGoingRowing’s Warranty Policy. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge, if repairable. If the seat pad is returned within 30 days of purchase, Customer will be refunded the cost of the seat pad and taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for returning the ProW in its original packaging.
Care, Returns, and things to be aware of..
Care:
The ProW requires very little maintenace. A simple wipe down as needed is all that's necessary.
Prolonged Heat Exposure:
The interiors of automobiles can get extremely hot in the summer months where temperatures can reach as high as 150 deg F. Avoid leaving the ProW in a hot vehicle for a prolonged period as this can cause damage to the seat pad.
Breaking-in the Seat Pad:
You should expect to row 3-5 sessions before your body adjusts to the seat pad.
